- Manage Project Budget to minimize cost overruns.
- Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and owners.
- Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and key deliverables using MS Project and/or other scheduling softwares.
- Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and consent.
- Reporting of projects status’ on a weekly basis.
- Provide input on company wide process and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Construction Management, with relevant experience in project management and planning.
- Candidate must have at least three years of experience managing commercial infrastructure projects from development through to execution.
- Candidate must have experience in analysing site-specific project strategies and development requirements.
- Candidate must be able to independently manage project teams, site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
